In order to achieve the basic functions of providing you with Sielux APP and services and to fulfill the obligations stipulated by laws and regulations, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information; if you refuse to provide the necessary information, you will not be able to use our products and/or services normally.

We collect information you provide when you use the Sielux application or log in to a third-party account.  This type of personal information may include:  nickname, avatar, email address/phone number, country of residence, profile data, username and password, nickname, name, gender, date of birth, personal profile, information or data that you may access to synchronize with our devices, accounts created in the Sielux APP and related settings information, devices you add or messages you send, feedback, location information (various types of information related to your location, including regional and country codes, city codes,  mobile network codes, mobile device country codes, cell identification codes, region names, latitude and longitude information, time zone settings, and language settings.) and other service log information, search information, browsing information, click information, device information, handheld terminal or SIM card related information (we may collect information related to handheld terminals running Sielux, including IMEI number, IMSI number, system version, device manufacturer information,  model name and network operator.  We may also collect relevant device information bound to your account, including MAC address, DID, device network status (IP/network signal), firmware version), account credentials (information about your account credentials, including password, password security questions and answers, etc.), microphone information, access to address book information, phone call information, camera/camera information (you can use the photo/video function after turning on the camera/camera permission,  upload your avatar, and scan the QR code to complete the device addition), album (picture) information: you can upload after turning on the album (picture) permission.  In order to realize the device screenshot and video recording functions, we need you to actively fill in or call the album permission of the mobile device to store the screenshots and recorded videos, storage information (after turning on the storage permission, you can cache the text generated during your use of the Sielux APP service, save the images and videos you actively downloaded, and when calling the album to select pictures, if you deny the permission,  you will not be able to use the storage information function normally), notification information (you can receive messages about the device after turning on the notification permission.  If you deny the permission, you will not be able to receive messages from the device normally), obtain application installation list information, etc.

When you participate in our marketing activities, we may collect your name, contact number, email address, mailing address so that we can contact you and issue rewards. If you contact Sielux, we will keep a record of your communication (communication content, email address, contact number, etc.) to help solve any problems you may encounter. We may use your email address to notify you about our service information, such as letting you know about upcoming updates and optimizations of our products and services through emails.

Sielux will call some of your device permissions in the process of providing services. The specific permissions called are based on the specific functions and services you use and the device permissions you actually enable. You can view the permission status in the device's settings or "Privacy Settings", and you can choose to enable or disable some or all permissions. Please note that when you enable any permission, it means that you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding service. Once you disable any permission, it means that you cancel the authorization. We will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, and we will not be able to provide you with the service corresponding to the permission. However, your decision to disable permissions will not affect the previous information collection and use based on your authorization.

In different devices, the display and closure methods of permissions are different. Please refer to the device or system development instructions and guidelines. Your device system may enable other permissions while authorizing the necessary information. Sielux itself cannot disable authorization through manual or automatic settings.

1.2 Use of Personal Information

We will only process your personal information when permitted by law. Subject to applicable law, we may use your personal information in the following circumstances:

Please be aware that, in accordance with applicable laws, we may conduct research, statistical analysis, forecasting, big data calculations, etc. on the personal information collected after de-identification to help evaluate, improve, and design the various products and services we provide, so that we can provide more accurate, personalized and convenient services, or provide product and service support for business decisions and carry out operational activities. We will analyze, mine and process the data we collect in accordance with the industry's leading de-identification, anonymization, pseudonymization and other data security technologies, without notifying you and obtaining your consent, without further notice to you. Use of Operation Log Information

When you access our application, we also collect device and network connection information and access system permissions.

Device and network connection information includes:

MAC address, device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (ANDROID ID), IP address and mobile network information, as well as a running record of the time and frequency of your access to your device. We collect this personal information to provide better services to all customers and ensure stable operation and network security. To use the Sielux APP service, we need to obtain system Bluetooth permissions,camera permissions,storage permissions,etc. to provide a high-quality user product experience. We obtain these permissions to facilitate users to better enable laser engraving and other services.If you refuse to authorize such permissions, it will only affect certain image engraving functions, but will not affect your normal use of other basic functions.

Information Storage

The Sielux platform will only store or save personal information when you are using the Sielux APP or visiting Sielux related websites. Personal information will be retained until you delete your account. When you delete your Sielux account, Sielux will no longer be able to retrieve your personal information.

Protection of Minors

If you are under the age of 18 or do not have full civil capacity due to intellectual or mental health conditions, you must obtain the consent of your parents or other guardians to use the applications and other services we provide.

This application is not intended for minors. If we know that a minor has provided us with any information, we will delete or destroy the information. You can contact us to inform us of the relevant situation so that we can deal with the matter in a timely manner. If you are the parent or other guardian of a minor, please pay attention to whether the minor uses our services after obtaining your authorization and consent. If you fail to obtain the consent of your guardian or you do not agree that your ward uses our services and provides us with information, please stop using our services immediately and contact us in a timely manner. We will share your personal information with natural persons, legal persons or unincorporated organizations outside of Sielux with your explicit informed consent.

Step 3: Click [deregister Account];

If the personal information is incorrect or incomplete, we will strive to provide our users with a quick way to update or delete it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you request deletion, please note that deletion does not necessarily delete all of your user data on this server, but we guarantee that the retained user data will not be associated with your personal information.

Users have the right to withdraw their consent to Sielux processing of personal information or further processing of personal information at any time. The withdrawal should be sent to Sielux using the contact information below.
