Q: I didn't receive a tracking email. What should I do?

Don't worry! Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, use the form above, or contact our support team directly with your name and order number.

Q: My tracking number isn't working.

A:
It can take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to activate in the carrier's system after we ship it. Please check back later. If it's still not working after this time, please contact us.

Q: The tracking shows "Delivered," but I haven't received my package.

A:
First, please check around your property, with neighbors, or in a secure parcel area. If you still can't locate it, contact us immediately, and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?

A:
We can only change the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible with your request.
