Warranty Policy

Sielux products come with a warranty of zero (0) to twelve (12) months or longer (if required by the local laws or regulations) from the date of the receipt of the product. If performance failure occurs from normal use circumstances during the warranty period, Sielux shall provide replacement or repair services.
At Sielux, we are committed to providing excellent customer service. To ensure a smooth warranty process, please retain your purchase receipt, invoice, and other relevant documentation as proof of purchase. Only receipts from Sielux or authorized dealers are valid for warranty claims. We will process repair or replacement services once the original product has been received and inspected by Sielux.
The Sielux warranty policy is available in other languages at Sielux.com. In the event of a conflict between different translations of these terms, the English version By using your Sielux product, you agree to be bound by the policy. If you are not eligible or do not agree to any of the Terms, do not use your Sielux product.

What is Covered


Under this Limited Warranty, Sielux warrants that each Sielux product you purchase is free from material and workmanship defects under normal use during the warranty period.
The warranty period for different products and parts varies. Please refer to the "Warranty Period" section below to view the warranty period for your particular product or accessory.
The warranty period for a product starts on the day such product is delivered. If you cannot provide an invoice or other valid proof of purchase, then the warranty period will start from 90 days after the shipping date that shows on the product, unless otherwise agreed upon between you and Sielux.
How to Obtain Warranty Service Sielux will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem through remote assistance including telephone, e-mail, or online chat. Sielux may direct you to download and install particular software or firmware updates.
If your problem cannot be resolved over remote communication, you may be required to deliver the product to Sielux local service center for further examination. Sielux will arrange for repair or replacement services at no cost if the problem falls under this Limited Warranty.
If you purchase from Sielux authorized dealers, please deliver the product to the seller along with the communication records with the Sielux customer support team. Sielux will arrange for the seller to help you with repair or replacement services under warranty.

What is Not Covered


This warranty does not apply to the following:
× The product is out of warranty.
× Products purchased through channels that are not authorized by Sielux, or products resold by other buyers.
× Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not following Sielux’s official instructions or manuals.
× Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, shell opening, or damage due to failure to follow Sielux’s official instructions or manuals.
× Normal discoloration, wear and tear, and consumption that occurs during the use of the product.
× Damage caused by operating the product with a defective battery or at low battery.
× Damage caused by the use of third-party components or products.
× Damage caused by a reliability or compatibility issue due to the use of unauthenticated third-party parts.
× Product failure or damage caused by a major incident or natural disaster (e.g., fire, earthquake, lightning, etc.).
× Damage that occurs during its transit back for repair.
× Loss of, or damage to, your data saved in your product.
× Uninterrupted or error-free operations on the product.
× Other failure or damage not caused by the quality of the product.
× Free products.

Scope of responsibility


During the provision of after-sales service, Sielux will cover the loss of product only when it assumes the responsibility for transit and repair.
UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Sielux BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE Sielux’S PRODUCTS, HOWEVER, CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF Sielux HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Replacement
Sielux will provide replacement service in any of the following circumstances that occur:
Within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, if the product has sustained substantial damage in transit, provided always that the proof of damage issued by the carrier can be provided to Sielux. The shipping fees of both returning and resending the new product will be covered by Sielux.
Exceeding 7 calendar days and within 60 calendar days of receipt of the purchased product, if you find the product does not work properly after a period of use and is not caused by human causes, you can contact us to request a replacement. You will cover the shipping fee from your location, while Sielux will cover the shipping fee of sending the replacement.
Exceeding 60 calendar days of receipt of the purchased product, if you find the product does not work properly, you can request repair service. You will cover the shipping fee from your location, while Sielux will cover the shipping fee of sending the repaired product back to you. Please be aware that there may be additional customs fees depending on the policies of different countries. Extra charges such as customs clearance fees, local shipping charges, or administrative fees will be borne by you.
Please note that once Sielux has agreed to a replacement or repair service, customers are required to ship the product back within 14 calendar days as instructed. Failure to do so will be deemed as a waiver of your right to the replacement.

Limitation Of Warranty


To the extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth are exclusive and in place of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, express or implied. Sielux disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including, without limitation, (a) any implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and warranties against hidden or delayed defects; and (b) any warranty arising out of course of dealing, usage, or trade. As such warranties cannot be disclaimed, Sielux limits the duration and remedies of such warranties to the duration of this express warranty and, at Sielux's option, the repair or replacement services described above.

Additional Legal Rights For Consumers


This Limited Warranty provides you with extra and specific legal rights. You may have other rights according to the applicable laws of your state or jurisdiction. You may also have other rights under a written agreement with Sielux. Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects your statutory rights, including the rights of consumers under laws or regulations governing the sale of consumer products that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.
